I know a lot of families have a tradition of making pancakes for breakfast on Saturday mornings, but for us, it's usually sunday mornings that we do breakfast big. These pancakes were from scratch, not a Bisquick box, even !
I had a very willing and eager helper, who sang and twirled all the way through our baking.
Perfect consistancy !
